Scope

This document describes a high-performance liquid chromatography method for determining methionine hydroxy analogs in feed.
This document is applicable to the determination of methionine hydroxy analogs and/or methionine hydroxy analog calcium salts (calculated as methionine hydroxy analogs) in compound feed, concentrated feed, concentrate supplements, premix feed additives, and mixed feed additives.
The quantitative limit for compound feed, concentrated feed, and concentrate supplements in this document is 0.03%, and the quantitative limit for premix feed additives and mixed feed additives is 0.1%.
