Scope

This part of YY/T 0506 specifies the test methods for evaluating surgical drapes, surgical gowns, and cleanroom garments. Note 1: This part specifies the test methods by referring to a standard test method, and the test methods may be modified as necessary. For the convenience of using this part, Appendices B to E are given as informative appendices, which present the test methods in the corresponding normative referenced standards. Note 2: Due to the current lack of suitable test methods for evaluating adhesive fixation used for wound isolation, YY/T 0506.3 does not include test methods in this regard. For adhesive fixation used for wound isolation, see Appendix B of YY/T 0506.1
