本文件规定了由国际照明委员会（CIE）建立并被认定为光测量基础的物理光度系统的特征。本文件还界定了组成CIE物理光度系统并被国际计量委员会（CIPM）正式采用的光度量、单位和标准的定义，包括：
——光度量、符号和单位的定义；
——明视觉、暗视觉、中间视觉和10°明视觉的CIE标准光谱光视效率函数的定义；
