Scope

本文件规定了利用正向偏置下晶体硅（c-Si)光伏电池的电致发光（EL)图像检测电池缺陷的方法。本文件为采集未封装的c-Si光伏电池电致发光图像提供了指南，并明确了EL图像可检测出的各种缺陷，以及检测并区分这些缺陷的不同方法。当单一的EL图像不能对某一类型的缺陷提供结论性信息时，建议综合使用其他方法。某些电池具有特有的EL特征，当采用这些电池制成组件时，可能会带来一些潜在的风险，本文件为此提供了相关的信息。
