Scope

This standard specifies the raw material and technical requirements, application scope, usage methods, inspection methods, marking and packaging, transportation and storage, labels and instructions, and precautions for disinfectants containing bromine disinfectants.
This standard applies to disinfectants with bromochloro-5,5-dimethylhydantoin or 1,3-dibromo-5,5-dimethylhydantoin as the disinfecting component.
This standard does not apply to disinfectants that combine bromochloro-5,5-dimethylhydantoin or 1,3-dibromo-5,5-dimethylhydantoin with other disinfecting active ingredients.
