Scope
This standard specifies the raw material requirements and technical requirements of ethanol disinfectants, their application scope, usage methods, testing methods, marking and packaging, transportation and storage, labels and instructions, and precautions.
This standard applies to ethanol disinfectants made primarily from ethanol, including disinfectants formulated with ethanol and surfactants, food dyes, skincare ingredients, and food flavors.
This standard does not apply to disinfectants compounded with other bactericidal ingredients, nor to disinfectants using ethanol as a solvent.
