Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining the specific capacity of hydrogen storage alloys used in the negative electrodes of metal hydride-nickel batteries using the constant current method—a simulated open three-electrode system. This standard is applicable to the determination of the discharge specific capacity of AB5-type rare earth-based hydrogen storage alloys.
