GB/T 28043-2019 Statistical methods for use in proficiency testing by interlaboratory comparison

Scope

This standard specifies the statistical methods used by proficiency testing providers in the design of proficiency testing programs and data analysis, and provides recommendations for participants in proficiency testing programs and accreditation bodies on the use of the obtained data.
The methods given in this standard can be used to prove that the measurement results provided by laboratories, inspection agencies, and individuals meet specific requirements and that their competence is acceptable.
This standard applies to situations where the reported results in proficiency testing are quantitative and qualitative.
Note: The methods in this standard are also applicable to the evaluation of expert opinions, which are obtained by comparing with independent reference values or consensus values. For example, when classifying proficiency testing samples through testing, or determining whether the proficiency testing samples were successfully prepared or whether they are from the same source, and objectively comparing the classification results, the provisions of this standard are also applicable to the analysis of classification (qualitative) characteristics.
