Scope
This document specifies the raw material requirements, quality requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, packaging, storage, and transportation for sprouted brown rice. This document applies to whole-grain brown rice products made from rice or brown rice (including purple rice, red rice, etc.) as raw materials, which are processed through pre-treatment, germination, drying, and other processes. This document does not apply to fresh and wet sprouted brown rice.
