Scope

This part of WS 444 stipulates the basic requirements for the safety of patients' sitting and lying facilities in medical institutions, as well as the special requirements for sitting and lying facilities for child patients and patients with mental illnesses.
This part applies to the safety management of patients' sitting and lying facilities in all types of medical institutions at all levels, except for village clinics (stations), which may refer to it for implementation.
