Scope

This part of YC/T 384 stipulates the safety technical and on-site standardization requirements for tobacco enterprises, including the safety norms for equipment and facilities, operation activities, and operating environments, as well as the safety norms for daily on-site management.
This part is applicable to tobacco industrial and commercial enterprises, including enterprises engaged in tobacco re-drying, cigarette manufacturing, thin-film production, tobacco procurement, sorting and distribution, and tobacco marketing, as well as their subordinate production and operation units. It does not include other enterprises related to or invested in tobacco, such as acetate fiber and tobacco printing enterprises; other enterprises related to or invested in tobacco may refer to and implement it accordingly.
