Scope
This standard specifies the specific requirements for the food safety management system of meat and meat product production enterprises, including human resources, prerequisite programs, key process control, inspection, product traceability, and recall. This standard is in conjunction with GB/T 22000, applicable to meat and meat product production enterprises in establishing, implementing, and self-evaluating their food safety management systems. It can also be used for external evaluation and certification of such production enterprises' food safety management systems. When this standard is used for certification purposes, it should be used in conjunction with GB/T 22000. The corresponding relationship between GB/T 22000 and this standard is shown in Appendix A.
