Scope
This standard specifies the electromagnetic compatibility immunity test for robots used in industry, science, and medicine (hereinafter referred to as industrial, scientific, and medical robots).
This standard applies to industrial, scientific, and medical robots, including but not limited to welding robots, spraying robots, handling robots, processing robots, assembly robots, cleanroom robots, medical robots, and robots used for teaching and experimentation.
Note: For examples of the classification of industrial, scientific, and medical robots, please refer to Appendix A.
This standard does not apply to drones, toys, and entertainment robots, etc.
