Scope
This standard specifies the energy efficiency limits, water efficiency limits, energy efficiency grades, water efficiency grades, and energy and water efficiency test methods for household and similar-purpose electric dishwashers (hereinafter referred to as dishwashers).
This standard applies to dishwashers that use hot water and/or cold water.
This standard does not apply to commercial or similar-purpose dishwashers.
