Scope
本文件描述了动植物油脂中碘值的测定方法。
附录B给出了根据脂肪酸组成数据计算碘值的方法，本方法不适用于鱼油。此外，冷榨、未精炼的动植物油以及（部分）氢化油通过这两种方法可能得到不同的结果。计算出的碘值会受杂质和热降解产物的影响。
注： 该方法采用了美国油脂化学协会（AOCS）的Cd 1c-85。
