Scope
This document uses a model describing the dynamic fluctuations of radiation to provide a method for calculating the particle flux that spacecraft may encounter based on their orbit and design lifespan. The quasi-dynamic Earth radiation belt model determines the dynamic changes based on input parameters (various indices), which are all selected from easily obtainable parameters highly correlated with the dynamic changes of Earth's radiation. This document is applicable to fields such as spacecraft design.
