Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of floor drains. This standard applies to floor drains used in civil buildings. Main technical contents: 6.1 Appearance 6.1.1 The product surface shall be smooth and shall not have obvious scratches, bumps, sand holes, sharp edges, burrs, shrinkage holes, cracks, and air holes. 6.1.2 The surface of plastic parts shall not have obvious defects such as filler marks, ripples, overflow, shrinkage marks, warping, and welding marks. 6.1.3 The electroplated surface shall be uniform in gloss and shall not have defects such as peeling, cracking, burning, exposed substrate, flaking, black spots, and obvious pitting. 6.1.1 The outside of ceramic parts shall not have defects such as cracking, greenware cracks, and glaze cracks.
