Scope

This regulation applies to new production, in-use, and repaired single-phase or three-phase digital display power meters used for measuring AC active power, as well as AC power converters used with DC digital voltmeters. The frequency range of the AC voltage and current of the measured active power is 40 to 104 Hz, and the allowable reference error of the tested meter shall not be less than 2×10-4 (including 2×10-4).
