Scope

This part of GB 22380 applies to fuel dispensers installed in gas stations (hereinafter referred to as "dispensers") that add liquid fuel to vehicles, ships, light aircraft, or mobile tank containers at a flow rate of no more than 200 L/min, and use or store liquid fuel in environments with temperatures ranging from -20°C to +40°C (when the temperature exceeds this range, other measures should be taken and agreed upon by the manufacturer, users, and inspection agencies).
This part addresses the main hazards, risk levels, and dangerous events associated with these devices under normal operating conditions and in situations that can be reasonably anticipated by the manufacturer (see Chapter 4).
