Scope
This document specifies the requirements for establishing power load models for power system simulation calculations, verifying and determining their parameters, and conducting production management. This document is applicable to the comprehensive load modeling of substations with voltage levels of 110kV to 330kV, including static loads, induction motors, synchronous generators, and distributed new energy sources. For substation load modeling with special requirements, this document should be implemented as a reference.
