GB/T 44844-2024 Industrial fans—Tolerances, methods of conversion and technical data presentation
Basic Information
Scope
This document applies to the performance tolerances and technical parameters of various types of industrial fans, but it does not apply to fans designed for low-flow air circulation (such as ceiling fans and table fans). For jet fans, refer to ISO 13350. The upper limit of the power per unit mass of the fan is 25 kJ·kg-1, which corresponds to a pressure rise of approximately 30 kPa when the average density of the medium transported by the fan is 1.2 kg·m-3. For a higher pressure rise, the supplier and the user should negotiate it. This document includes four device types defined in ISO 5801: - Type A: Free inlet, free outlet; - Type B: Free inlet, duct outlet; - Type C: Duct inlet, free outlet; - Type D: Duct inlet, duct outlet. The performance of the fan varies significantly with the device type, so the device type is an important basis for the technical parameters of the fan. Note: For the above-mentioned four device types, users and system designers should sign contracts based on the most suitable device type of the fan. At the same time, it increases the possibility of negotiating the performance of the fan without making compromises.
