Scope
This document specifies the general requirements for distributed protection of power distribution networks, protection function requirements, setting principles, related circuits and equipment requirements, and testing requirements, etc. This document is applicable to the research and development, design, manufacturing, acceptance, and operation and maintenance of distributed protection for 10 (20) kV power distribution networks. Distributed protection for 6 kV power distribution networks can be implemented with reference to this document.
