Scope

This standard specifies the terms, definitions, abbreviations and symbols, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of paper and plastic composite films and bags used for food packaging.
This standard applies to films and bags made from food-grade base paper and plastic, with a thickness of less than 0.30 mm, produced by a composite process. This standard does not apply to liquid food packaging.
