Scope
This document specifies the monitoring and control functions required for the flexible DC transmission operator control system, which mainly include the monitoring and control functions of the converter station operator control system, the converter valve operator control system, and the DC circuit breaker operator control system. This document is applicable to flexible DC transmission projects with voltage levels of ±110 kV and above. Flexible DC transmission projects with other voltage levels may refer to this document for implementation.
