Scope

This document specifies the composition, usage conditions, functional requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, labeling, accompanying documents, packaging, transportation, and storage requirements of the ceramic capacitor sensor-type partial discharge monitoring devices (hereinafter referred to as "devices") with a voltage rating of 35 kV and below. This document applies to online monitoring devices that measure partial discharge signals from electrical equipment coupled by ceramic capacitor sensors within a frequency range of 10 kHz to 30 MHz, and is suitable for online monitoring of partial discharge in electrical equipment such as generators, switchgear, ring main units, transformers, and so on.
