Scope

This regulation stipulates the tasks, principles, implementation entities, technical methods, technical requirements, process, and result standards for the delineation (supplementary delineation) of basic farmland.
This standard applies to the delineation of basic farmland carried out in accordance with the overall land use planning, as well as the supplementary delineation work for basic farmland that is occupied by construction projects approved in accordance with the law during the implementation of the overall land use planning, or for basic farmland that is reduced due to other reasons determined in accordance with the law.
