Scope

This part of GB/T 12823 specifies the geometric conditions for measuring the reflectance density of photographic paper and printing plate materials. This part specifies the lighting conditions for various azimuth angles. This measurement is not sensitive to the directional reflection of striped surfaces. This part does not cover the measurement conditions using polarized light. This part is applicable to the measurement of the reflectance characteristics of processed photographic paper materials, and can also be applied to the measurement of the same characteristics of other materials.
