Scope
This document stipulates the general requirements for preventive testing of electrical safety tools, testing requirements, test reports, and certificates of conformity. This document is applicable to preventive testing of electrical safety tools in areas with an altitude of 1,000 meters or less. For areas with an altitude of more than 1,000 meters, the relevant parameters should be subject to altitude correction in accordance with Appendix A.
