Scope
This document specifies the purpose, requirements, methods, and processes of the unit load-shedding test for thermal power generation construction projects. This document is applicable to all new, expanded, and renovated thermal power generation construction projects and operational thermal power generation units (including coal-fired turbine generators, gas turbines, and gas-steam combined cycle units, biomass and waste incineration turbine generators) with mechanical hydraulic or electro-hydraulic control systems for acceptance and evaluation tests.
