Scope

This standard specifies the requirements for the measurement of the reflectance of visible light and short-wave infrared spectra of urban land features, including measurement conditions, basic measurement requirements, special measurement requirements, measurement records, processing of measurement results, and measurement summaries.
This standard is applicable to obtaining the spectral reflectance measurements of typical land features within urban areas that have been developed and utilized as non-agricultural land within the wavelength range of 380 nm to 2,500 nm.
