Scope
This document specifies the general requirements, restrictions, limit values, and related operation and maintenance requirements for the abnormal and special operating conditions of steam turbine generators (including gas turbine generators). This document is applicable to steam turbine generators (including gas turbine generators) with a capacity of 300MW or more. For units with other capacities, the requirements in this document shall be implemented with reference.
