GB/T 17902 specifies several appendix-based digital signature mechanisms for signing messages of arbitrary length. This document includes the general principles and requirements of appendix-based digital signatures, as well as the definitions and symbols used in various parts of GB/T 17902. Technologies such as certificate and key management are not within the scope of this document. For more information on these topics, please refer to GB/T 16264.8-2005 [2], ISO/IEC 117703 [8], and ISO/IEC 15945:2002 [9].
