Scope
This document specifies the product classification and applicable groups, product requirements, and specific requirements for supply and services in the procurement process of blind canes. This document applies to blind canes with the code specified as 12 39 03 in the GB/T 16432—2016 document on the classification and terminology of rehabilitation aids, and is suitable for organizations or suppliers that need to procure high-quality, safe-to-use blind canes, or those who produce, provide, and participate in procurement projects. This document does not apply to blind canes with electronic or ultrasonic functions.
