Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements, management principles, technical indicators, and assessment methods for the economical operation of fuel-fired industrial boilers. This standard applies to fixed steel fuel-fired industrial boilers using water as the working medium. It includes steam boilers with a rated steam pressure of greater than or equal to 0.1 MPa and less than 3.8 MPa as listed in GB/T 1921, and hot water boilers with a rated water outlet pressure of greater than 0.1 MPa and a rated thermal power of greater than or equal to 0.7 MW as listed in GB/T 3166. This standard does not apply to waste heat boilers and organic heat carrier boilers.
