Scope

This document stipulates the terms and definitions of major accident hazards of special equipment, as well as the judgment criteria.
This document is applicable to the judgment of major accident hazards of special equipment during their use.
This document is not applicable to:
a) special equipment used in military equipment, nuclear facilities, aerospace vehicles;
b) special equipment used in railway locomotives, marine facilities and ships, underground mining, as well as special equipment for civil airports, lifting machinery used in construction sites and municipal engineering sites, and special motor vehicles used in factories and plants;
c) special equipment that does not need to undergo registration for use according to the provisions of the special equipment safety technical specifications.
