Scope

This document defines the general terms and definitions related to the space environment of spacecraft and its effects, including space environment models, space environment forecasting, space environment effects, space environment detection, and ground simulation tests of space environment and effects.
This document is applicable to the design, launch, and operation of spacecraft such as satellites, spacecraft, space stations, and space probes related to the space environment. Areas related to space environment effects, such as launch vehicles, can also refer to and implement this document.
