Scope

This document specifies the design requirements for the network topology and routing of the ground-based dedicated network of the marine information communication network, Virtual Private Network (VPN), Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, Quality of Service (QoS), as well as the functional requirements of the backbone network lines and major network equipment, and technical requirements for network and security management.
This document is applicable to the construction of the backbone network of the ground-based dedicated network of the marine communication network and the user local area network construction of access nodes at all levels.
