Scope

Main technical content: 4 Test Conditions 4.1 Test Objects: filamentous algae such as Ulothrix, Ankistrodesmus, Pseudochironomus, and Chironomus. 4.2 Environmental Conditions: suitable for rice fields, shrimp-rice symbiosis, crab-rice symbiosis, and other water bodies where filamentous algae are prone to outbreaks. The test area should have representative and evenly distributed filamentous algae communities, with a coverage rate of over 50%. 5 Test Design and Arrangement Test design and arrangement refer to GB/T 17980.138-2004: Field Efficacy Test Guidelines (Part II), Section 138: Implementation of Herbicides for Aquatic Weed Control. 5.1 Treatment 5.1.1 Test Agents: Specify the common name or code of the test agent. Set four doses for the test agent treatment: high, medium, low, and a multiple of the medium dose, or according to the dosage specified in the test protocol. 5.1.2 Control Agents: The control agent should be a registered product with proven efficacy in practice. Generally, its formulation and mode of action should be similar to the test agent, but exceptions may be made based on the test objectives. Set a blank control. If the test agent is a mixture, each component of the mixture should also be tested as a control. 5.2 Plot Arrangement 5.2.1 Plot Division and Arrangement: Use plastic pool banks or artificial banks with a height of over 40cm to separate plots. Each plot should be irrigated individually to prevent cross-irrigation of nutrient-rich water. Randomly arrange different treatment plots based on the different doses, treatment times, control agents, and blank controls of the test agent. 5.2.2 Plot Area and Replication Number: The plot area is 20m2–30m2, with a minimum of 4 replications.
