Scope
This document specifies the product classification, requirements, inspection rules, marking, and implementation of documents related to the permissible limits of substances harmful to human health and the environment in architectural coatings and auxiliary materials, and describes the corresponding testing methods. This document applies to various types of wall coatings and accompanying auxiliary materials used directly on-site for decorating and protecting the interior and exterior surfaces of buildings made from cement-based and other non-metallic materials, as well as those with other special functions (such as anti-mold, anti-algae, thermal insulation, etc.); it also applies to various types of floor coatings and accompanying auxiliary materials used directly on-site for decorating and protecting the floor surfaces of cement mortar, concrete, stone, plastic, or steel, as well as those with other special functions (such as anti-static, corrosion resistance, and anti-slip). This document does not apply to architectural waterproofing coatings or coatings used in synthetic material surface sports venues.
