Scope
This standard specifies the energy measurement management of energy-using units, the staffing and training of energy measurement personnel, the provision and management of energy measurement instruments, and the management of energy measurement data, as well as self-inspection and improvement of energy measurement. This standard applies to energy-using units that have passed the certification of the measurement management system and are operating effectively, and have the following aspirations: a) Establish, implement, maintain, and improve the energy measurement management system; b) Comply with the declared energy measurement management policies and objectives; c) Demonstrate compliance with energy measurement management requirements through the following methods, including: —— Conduct self-evaluations; —— Seek external evaluations and obtain recognition.
