本标准规定了人造板工业粉尘防控的术语和定义、基本原则、技术要求和管理要求。本标准适用于生产木质或非木质人造板的新建、扩建、改建项目（简称“建设项目”)的工程设计和建设项目运行时的粉尘防控管理，也适用于生产无机人造板和木塑复合材料等建设项目中仅涉及木质及植物纤维类粉尘的工段或设施。
