Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general requirements, grading standards for coal mine informatization, organizational structures, management systems, project management, technical standards, the construction of network and information security assurance systems, the operation and maintenance of application systems, training, assessment, and other requirements for coal mine informatization. This standard applies to new construction, modification and expansion, technical transformation, and production mines of shaft mining in the administrative area of Shanxi Province, as well as the design, construction, supervision, and management of informatization systems for coal industry management departments.
