Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of the quality of the electrical voltage on the user side in civil and commercial premises, the limits of power supply voltage deviations, the limits of voltage imbalance, the measurement of power supply voltage deviations, the conversion of the allowable value of voltage imbalance caused by users, and the measurement and determination of imbalance. This standard applies to all newly built, renovated, and expanded civil and commercial premises, with an operating voltage of 1 kV or less and a frequency of 50 Hz or 60 Hz in the distribution system. Small industrial enterprise projects can refer to this standard for implementation.
