Scope
本文件的电磁兼容(EMC)抗扰度要求适用于在工业场所中使用的下述电气和电子设备，覆盖0 Hz～400 GHz 频率范围。在没有规定抗扰度要求的频率处不需要进行试验。如果没有相关专用的产品或产品类EMC抗扰度标准，则本通用EMC抗扰度标准适用。本文件适用于在工业场所(定义见3.7)中运行的电气和电子设备，包括室内和室外场所。本文件还适用于直接连接到直流(DC)配电网络或使用电池供电、且在工业场所中使用的设备。本文件为适用范围内的设备规定了连续和瞬态、传导和辐射骚扰以及静电放电相关的抗扰度试验要求。本文件对抗扰度要求进行了选择，以保证在工业场所中工作的设备具有适当的抗扰度电平。但是，这些抗扰度电平不涉及一些在任何场所可能出现的概率非常低的极端情况。本文件建议的试验并未包括所有的骚扰现象，仅考虑与本文件所涉及设备相关的骚扰现象。这些试验要求代表了基本的EMC抗扰度要求。本文件对所考虑的每一端口都规定了试验要求。
