Scope

This standard specifies the determination of ammonium thiocyanate in desulfurization wastewater during the wet desulfurization process of coke oven gas. For the determination of thiocyanate ions in desulfurization wastewater during other desulfurization processes, refer to this standard. This standard applies to the content of ammonium thiocyanate in desulfurization wastewater ranging from 0.05 g/L to 1.00 g/L. If the content of the solution to be tested exceeds this range, it can be diluted to within this range.
