Scope
This standard specifies the method of determining the quantitative pole figures of metal materials using an X-ray diffractometer. This standard is applicable to cold and hot-processed metal plates and recrystallized metal plates under certain conditions. The determination of quantitative pole figures of other polycrystalline materials can also refer to this method.
