Scope

本文件规定了越野型回转伸缩臂式叉车（以下简称“叉车”）的一般安全要求。此类叉车由下部底盘和上部回转结构组成，且上部回转结构装有伸缩臂式起升装置（铰接臂），其上通常配有取物装置（如货叉架和货叉）。货叉和其他整体式属具被认为是叉车的一部分。
除了本文件的相关条款之外，本文件的其他部分也适用于这些属具。
本文件不适用于以下内容：
a）越野型伸缩臂式叉车（非回转），参见ISO 10896-1；
b）工业伸缩臂式叉车，参见ISO 3691-2；
c）流动式起重机；
d）设计主要用于土方作业的机械（如装载机），即使它们的铲斗换成了货叉（参见ISO 20474）；
e）设计成主要由可变长度起升悬吊构件承载（如链条、钢丝绳），且载荷可沿各个方向自由摆动的车辆；
注：对于载荷可在各个方向自由摆动的车辆，关于车辆起升装置和属具、载人/工作平台的附加要求，由ISO/TC 110/SC 4制定中。
f）设计主要用于搬运集装箱的车辆。
本文件涉及的重大危险已在附录A中列出。本文件不涉及下列情况可能发生的危险：
——在制造过程中；
——搬运能自由摆动的悬吊载荷时；
——起升人员时；
——在公路上使用时；
——在潜在爆炸性环境中使用时；
——蓄电池、液化石油气（LPG）或混合动力作为主要动力源时。
