Scope

This part of GB/T 6324 specifies the method of determining the total sulfur in organic liquid chemical products using ultraviolet fluorescence.
This part is applicable to the determination of sulfur in organic liquid chemical products with a sulfur content of 0.2 mg/kg to 100 mg/kg.
This part is not applicable to the determination of sulfur in organic liquid chemical products containing nitrogen, halogen, phosphorus, or silicon.
Note: If the sulfur content in the product is relatively low and the nitrogen or halogen content is relatively high, the nitrogen or halogen content will affect the sulfur determination results.
