Scope

This standard specifies the acceptance classification of water and soil conservation facilities for development and construction projects (hereinafter referred to as "construction projects"), as well as the conditions, organization, content, procedures, acceptance standards, and outcome requirements for various types of acceptance.
This standard applies to the acceptance of water and soil conservation facilities for construction projects with a land occupation area of more than 1 hectare or a total amount of excavated and filled earth and stone of more than 10,000 cubic meters.
