Scope

This standard specifies the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method for the determination of aflatoxin B1 in feed. This standard is applicable to the determination of aflatoxin B1 in various feed raw materials, compound feed, and concentrated feed. The detection limit of this standard is 0.1 μg/kg.
